Are your items authentic?

Yes, all our inventory are acquired from reliable sources with proper documentation for records and online retail compliance. Every item has been authenticated by our expert team. For any questions regarding the legitimacy of any item of interest, kindly contact us for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept most forms of card payments from card issuers.

 How long will it take for my purchased item to be shipped?

We ship all purchases within 24 hours of payment confirmation via UPS or USPS

How much does it cost to ship an item?

We currently offer flat-rate shipping within the United States for $8 USD & $35 USD for orders from Canada. For limited periods throughout a fiscal year, we offer free shipping applicable to United States shoppers only. International order shipping costs are calculated based at checkout.

Can I place an item on Hold?

Yes we can place an item on hold for up to 48 hours from the time of the request. This is applicable to inquiries within our e-shop only. Please contact our support department. 

Do you ship outside the U.S.A?

Yes we ship internationally to "select" countries only. To check if we ship to your country, please contact our support department. 

Are your items used or brand new?

We offer a combination of both. A brand new or used item will be described as such. Kindly review the item description and images provided. For any questions on any item of interest, please contact our support department. 

Are your used items cleaned?

We thoroughly clean and sanitize every preowned item shortly after acquisition. All images of an item depicts its current condition. If a video is associated with that item, we encourage you to watch it. You will know what to expect.

Do you offer discounts?

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Any order using a P.O Box as the mailing address will be cancelled immediately after review. 

I purchased an item you listed from a web-marketplace (Ebay, Grailed, Mercari etc.), can you please ship it to me from here?

Unfortunately we cannot ship orders sold by OCTON ARCHV on a marketplace here as it was not ordered directly from our E-Shop. All purchase transactions and communications from us on any marketplace we list on, only occurs on that marketplace. There are no exceptions. This is for seller (us) and buyer (you/your) protection reasons. 

 Can you create a video of an item? I would like to see some visuals. 

Of course we can, the video can be created and posted on our YouTube channel for visibility.
