Are your items authentic?

Yes, all our inventory are acquired from reliable sources with proper documentation for records and online retail compliance. Every item has been authenticated by our expert team. For any questions regarding the legitimacy of any item of interest, kindly contact us for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept payments through PayPal. Additional payment options will be offered in the very near future. 

I do not have a PayPal account, how can i purchase an item?

PayPal is a multi-payment solutions processor for numerous credit or debit card issuers. A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase from our E-Shop. Simply use the "Checkout As Guest" feature to make your payment using our "Express Checkout" payment option or by entering your accurate mailing address information and credentials on our Checkout page and then selecting "Pay with PayPal" at the footer section of the page.

 How long will it take for my purchased item to be shipped?

We ship all purchases within 24 hours of payment confirmation via UPS or USPS. 

How much does it cost to ship an item?

We currently offer flat-rate shipping within the United States for $9 USD & $35 USD for orders from Canada. For limited periods throughout the fiscal year, we offer free shipping applicable to United States shoppers only.

Can I place an item on Hold?

Yes we can place an item on hold for 48 hours from the time of the request.  

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently ship within the U.S & CANADA only. International shipping to other nations will be offered in the near future. Please follow our Instagram account 📲@octonarchv  and subscribe to our newsletter for all updates. 

Are your items used or brand new?

We offer a combination of both. A brand new or used item will be described as such. Kindly review the item description and images provided. For any questions on any item of interest, please contact our support department. 

Are your used items clean?

We thoroughly clean and sanitize every pre-owned item shortly after acquisition. All images of an item depicts its current condition.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O Boxes. This is for seller and buyer protection and to avoid mail mishandling. Any order using a P.O Box as the mailing address will be cancelled. 

I purchased an item you listed from a web-marketplace (ebay, Grailed, Mercari etc), can you please ship it to me from here?

Unfortunately we cannot ship orders sold by OCTON ARCHV on a web-marketplace here as it was not ordered directly from our E-Shop. All purchase transactions and communications from us on any web-marketplace we list on will only occurs on that marketplace. There are no exceptions. This is for seller (us) and buyer (you/your) protection reasons.
