Refund policy

With the exception of wrong order fulfillments, THE OCTON ARCHV does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any purchased item. All sales are final.

For any item of interest, we are always available to answer all questions, concerns and send additional images if needed as a guarantee prior to purchase. Once an item has been marked as fulfilled, shipped and tracking information has been provided, it cannot be returned.
