Shipping policy

*Kindly note;UPS is our preferred mail-courier. However, some domestic orders will be shipped via USPS.*

All orders will ship within 24 hours after payment processing and verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the next business day. Any suspicious order based on transaction information received from our payment processing partners will be cancelled after review.  

Kindly note; we do not ship to P.O Box addresses. Any order using a P.O Box address will be cancelled after review.

Any order exceeding a total amount of $200 USD, will require a signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery by the mail-courier.

We kindly advise all our shoppers during their checkout process to ensure that their preferred shipping address is current and precisely accurate. We will not be held liable for a lost or mishandled package once a package has been handed over to the mail courier. As a safety and security precaution, we highly recommend shoppers use their "actual full name" (first and last names) as displayed on their valid government issued photo I.D or passport during checkout.
